Hlavním cílem práce bylo analyzovat, jak studenti středních škol v Praze vnímají občanské a politické vzdělávání a jak se jejich informovanost, zájem o veřejné dění a postoje k výuce liší v závislosti na typu navštěvované školy. V teoretické části práce jsou představeny vybrané přístupy ke studiu formování občanských a politických postojů, zejména teorie zabývající se rolí školy v tomto procesu. V praktické části byla využita metoda kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření mezi studenty středních škol v Praze. Získaná data byla následně analyzována a porovnána jako celek a následně mezi jednotlivými typy škol. Výsledky ukazují, že studenti se s těmito tématy ve výuce běžně setkávají a časovou dotaci hodnotí převážně jako dostatečnou, jejich aktivní zapojení však zůstává spíše omezené. The main aim of this work was to analyse how secondary school students in Prague perceive civic and political education and how their level of knowledge, interest in public affairs and attitudes towards teaching differ depending on the type of school they attend. In the theoretical part of the work, selected approaches to the study of the formation of civic and political attitudes are presented, in particular theories dealing with the role of the school in this process. In the practical part, a method of quantitative questionnaire survey among secondary school students in Prague was used. The obtained data were subsequently analysed as a whole and then compared between individual types of schools. The results show that students commonly encounter these topics in teaching and consider the time allocation mostly sufficient, however their active involvement remains rather limited.
