Název: Vliv stylu koučování na sportovce ve volejbale u týmu s vyšší a nižší pravděpodobností na výhru Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit vliv stylu koučování na sportovce ve volejbale u týmu s vyšší a nižší pravděpodobností na výhru. Metody: Jako design výzkumu jsme využili případovou studii. Po záměrném výběru dvou týmů jsme vybrali 1. a poslední tým z tabulky. Použili jsme nástroj CBAS a osobnosti velké pětky pro nazvání a jasné definování 4 stylů koučování. Data ze 2 utkání byla sbírána bezprostředně po utkání pomocí ankety. Byly vytvořeny 2 ankety. Jedna pro sportovce, která obsahovala 7 uzavřených otázek a 50 otázek využívajících Likertovu škálu a druhá pro kouče, která obsahovala 20 uzavřených a 10 otevřených otázek. Výsledky: Zjistili jsme, že podle hráčů i koučů je nejefektivnější autoritativní styl koučování. Zvolili ho oba koučové a 54 % hráčů. Hráči týmu s vyšší pravděpodobností na výhru byli nejvíce motivováni stylem chladného počtáře a tento styl jim i nejvíce vyhovoval. Hráčům týmu s nižší pravděpodobností na výhru nejvíce vyhovoval kamarádský styl koučování. Hráči obou týmů měli různé preference stylu koučování i přes to, že bylo možné statisticky určit, které styly byly nejefektivnější a které hráčům nejvíce vyhovovaly. Title: The effect of coaching style on volleyball players on teams with higher and lower probabilities of winning Objectives: The main objective of this study is to determine the effect of coaching style on volleyball players on teams with a higher and lower probability of winning. Methods: We used a case study as our research design. After deliberately selecting two teams, we chose the 1st and last teams in the rankings. We used the CBAS tool and the Big Five personality traits to identify and clearly define 4 coaching styles. Data from 2 matches were collected immediately after the matches using a survey. 2 surveys were created. One was for the athletes, containing 7 closed-ended questions and 50 questions using a Likert scale, and the other was for the coaches, containing 20 closed-ended and 10 open-ended questions. Results: We found that, according to both players and coaches, the authoritative coaching style is the most effective. It was chosen by both coaches and 54% of the players. Players on the team with a higher probability of winning were most motivated by the cold- calculator style, and this style also suited them best.
