Název: Úrazovost v juniorském ledním hokeji a dopad odlišného obličejového krytí na úrazy hlavy a obličeje Cíle: Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit úrazovost v juniorském ledním hokeji v sezóně 2024/2025 a porovnat incidenci poranění hlavy a obličeje v závislosti na odlišném typu obličejového krytí. Metody: Sběr informací proběhl retrospektivně pomocí nestandardizovaného online dotazníkového šetření. Odkaz na dotazník byl rozeslán do všech týmů hrajících DHL Extraligu ledního hokeje a Ligu juniorů (celkově 32 týmů). Data byla získána od 323 juniorských ledních hokejistů. Dotazník obsahoval převážně uzavřené možnosti odpovědí. Otázky zahrnovaly obecné informace o hráčích (rok narození, tělesnou výšku a hmotnost atd.), informace hokejové (hokejový klub, hokejový post, fyzioterapeut v týmu atd.), typ obličejového krytí (helma s celistvou ochranou obličeje nebo plexisklo jen v oblasti očí) a zraněnou část těla, u které hráči vybírali konkrétní lokalizaci úrazu nebo diagnózu. Poté uvedli četnost úrazu, dobu, při které úraz vznikl, mechanismus vzniku a dobu rekonvalescence. Zpracování dat proběhlo pomocí aplikace Microsoft Excel 2016. Výsledky: U 323 juniorských ledních hokejistů došlo v sezóně 2024/2025 k 851 úrazům. Nejvíce zasaženou částí těla jsou dolní končetiny (44,8 %), poté horní končetiny... Title: Injury Incidence in Junior Ice Hockey and the Impact of Different Facial Protection on Head and Facial Injuries Objectives: The objective of this thesis is to evaluate injury rates within junior ice hockey during the 2024/2025 season and to compare the incidence of head and facial injuries based on the type of facial protection used. Methods: Data were collected retrospectively through a non-standardized online survey. The questionnaire link was distributed to all 32 teams competing in the DHL Ice Hockey Extraliga and the Junior League. In total, data were obtained from 323 junior players. The survey primarily utilized closed-ended questions covering general player demographics (year of birth, height, weight, etc.), hockey-specific details (club, position, team physiotherapist availability), and the type of facial protection (full-face protection versus a visor covering only the eyes). Players also identified specific injury locations or diagnoses, followed by the frequency of occurrence, the circumstances under which the injury happened, the mechanism of injury, and the subsequent recovery time.
