Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vizuální reprezentací ukrajinských uprchlíků v českém online mediálním prostředí v kontextu počátku války na Ukrajině v roce 2022. Výzkum byl proveden kvantitativní obsahovou analýzou 300 fotografií publikovaných na webu Blesk.cz v prvním měsíci války (24. 2. 2022 - 24. 3. 2022). Za cíl si tato práce kladla zanalyzovat obraz uprchlíka skrze dominantní témata, emoce, zobrazování aktérů s ohledem na jejich pohlaví a věk a také skrze vytváření rozdílu mezi "uprchlíkem" a "domácím obyvatelstvem". Výsledky ukázaly, že uprchlíci byli nejčastěji zobrazováni v kontextu jejich cesty, adaptace a solidarity, přičemž převažoval spíše humanizující rámec založený na sounáležitosti a individualizaci. Rovněž se ukázalo, že mediální obraz migrace byl silně reprezentován ženami v převážně aktivní roli. This bachelor's thesis examines the visual representation of Ukrainian refugees in the Czech online media environment in the context of the beginning of the war in Ukraine in 2022. The research was conducted through a quantitative content analysis of 300 photographs published on the website Blesk.cz during the first month of the war (24 February 2022 - 24 March 2022). The aim of this thesis was to analyse the image of the refugee through dominant themes, the portrayal of actors with regard to their gender and age, as well as the construction of differences between "refugees" and "the host population". The results showed that refugees were most frequently depicted in the context of their journey, adaptation, and solidarity, with a predominantly humanizing frame based on a sense of belonging and individualization. It was also found that the media image of migration was strongly feminized, with women appearing predominantly in active roles.
