Cílem bakalářské práce je představit téma slavení neděle bez kněze a zhodnotit praxi tohoto slavení ve farnosti Nýrsko v plzeňské diecézi. První kapitola se zabývá teologickou reflexí nedělního dne a jeho slavení. Předkládá zkušenost křesťanských společenství, v nichž chybí kněží, a shrnuje liturgické a pastorační normy pro slavení neděle v nich. V druhé kapitole je představena případová studie realizovaná ve farnosti Nýrsko. Jejím jádrem je tematická analýza rozhovorů s farníky, která nabízí hloubkový vhled do jejich vnímání situace absence kněze. Třetí kapitola pak obsahuje syntézu získaných poznatků a jsou v ní navrženy možnosti, jak tuto situaci v nýrské farnosti řešit. Ačkoliv se práce zaměřuje na jednu konkrétní farnost, může být užitečná nejen jí, ale všem, kdo se o téma slavení neděle bez kněze zajímají, nebo těm, kdo o budoucnosti farností, v nichž chybí kněží, rozhodují. The first chapter deals with the theological reflection of Sunday and its celebration. It presents the experience of Christian communities lacking priests, as well as the liturgical and pastoral norms for Sunday celebrations within them. The second chapter presents a case study conducted in the Nýrsko parish. Its core consists of a thematic analysis of interviews with parishioners, which offers a deep insight into their perception of the situation of the absence of a priest. The third chapter contains a synthesis of the acquired findings and proposes further options for addressing this situation in the Nýrsko parish. Although the thesis focuses on this specific parish, it can be useful to anyone interested in the topic of Sunday celebrations without a priest, or to those who make decisions about the future of parishes lacking priests.
