Název: Dopad migrén na psychické a sociální aspekty života jedince Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnotit dopad migrén na psychické a sociální aspekty života jedince, zejména na kvalitu života a na úroveň stresu, úzkosti a deprese. Metody: V diplomové práci byly hodnoceny odpovědi 60 respondentů ve věku od 19 do 56 let. Kritérii pro zařazení do výzkumného souboru byl věk 18 let a více a přítomnost migrény u respondentů. Pro hodnocení kvality života související s migrénou byl využit dotazník MSQ Version 2.1. Pro hodnocení psychického stavu respondentů, konkrétně úrovně stresu, úzkosti a deprese byl využit dotazník DASS-21. Odpovědi byly následně transformovány na čiselné hodnoty dle standardizovaného postupu daného dotazníku. Výsledky byly statisticky zpracovány pomocí deskriptivní a korelační statistiky. Byl využit Friedmanův test pro určení statisticky významného rozdílu a Spearmanův korelační koeficient pro určení vztahu mezi proměnnými. Výsledky: Výsledky ukázaly negativní vliv migrény na psychické aspekty i kvalitu života respondentů. Nejvíce ovlivněnou byla restriktivní oblast, značící omezení v každodenních pracovních, volnočasových a rodinných aktivitách. Nejvýraznější průměrné hodnoty byly dále zaznamenány u stresu, nicméně deprese dosahovala závažnějších forem. V poslední řadě byla... Title: The Impact of Migraine on the Psychological and Social Aspects of an Individual's Life Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate the impact of migraine on the psychological and social aspects of an individual's life, particularly on quality of life and the levels of stress, anxiety and depression. Methods: This diploma thesis evaluated responses from 60 respondents aged 19 to 56 years. The inclusion criteria for participation in the research sample were age of 18 years or older and the presence of migraine. The MSQ Version 2.1 questionnaire was used to assess migraine-related quality of life. The DASS-21 questionnaire was used to evaluate the psychological status of respondents, specifically the levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. The responses were subsequently transformed into numerical values according to the standardized scoring procedures of the respective questionnaires. The results were statistically analysed using descriptive and correlational statistics. Friedman's test was used to determine statistically significant differences, and Spearman's correlation coefficient was used to assess relationships between variables.
