Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá pracovní podmínky a wellbeing pracovníků v platformové ekonomice, kteří jsou na tomto příjmu existenčně závislí. Hlavním cílem práce je porozumět tomu, jak tito pracovníci vnímají a interpretují své pracovní podmínky a jak se tyto faktory promítají do jejich každodenního fungování a celkového wellbeingu, zejména v oblasti slaďování pracovního a osobního života a udržování sociálních vazeb. Výzkum se zaměřuje na popis tlaku vyplývajícího z algoritmického řízení a ekonomické nejistoty a na identifikaci strategií, které kurýři využívají k organizaci pracovního času a vytváření hranic mezi pracovním a osobním životem. Teoretický rámec práce tvoří koncept prekarizace, model pracovních nároků a zdrojů (JD-R) a doplňuje je fenomén paradoxu autonomie. Empirická část je založena na kvalitativní analýze sedmi polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s kurýry služby Košík.cz působícími v pražském prostředí. Zjištění práce naznačují, že deklarovaná flexibilita platformové práce je v praxi omezena algoritmickým řízením a ekonomickým tlakem, a zároveň poukazují na přenos provozních i sociálních rizik na samotné pracovníky. Analýza ukazuje, že kurýři využívají různé copingové strategie, ty však slouží primárně k adaptaci na náročné podmínky, nikoliv k jejich změně. Výsledky tohoto výzkumu dále... This bachelor thesis examines the working conditions and wellbeing of workers in the platform economy who depend on this income for their livelihood. The main objective of the thesis is to understand how these workers perceive and interpret their working conditions and how these factors affect their daily functioning and overall wellbeing, particularly in the areas of work-life balance and maintaining social ties. The research focuses on describing the pressure arising from algorithmic management and economic insecurity, and on identifying the strategies couriers use to organize their working time and establish boundaries between their work and personal lives. The theoretical framework of the thesis consists of the concept of precarization, the Job Demands- Resources (JD-R) model, and is complemented by the phenomenon of the autonomy paradox. The empirical part is based on a qualitative analysis of seven semi-structured interviews with couriers of the Košík.cz service operating in the Prague area. The findings of the thesis indicate that the declared flexibility of platform work is, in practice, limited by algorithmic management and economic pressure, while also highlighting the transfer of operational and social risks onto the workers themselves.
