KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA copingové strategie negativní a pozitivní osobnostní rysy poporodní adaptace efektivní a neefektivní intersubjektivita attachment rané interakce matka-dítě Doktorská disertační práce se zabývá problematikou neefektivní adaptace žen po porodu. Jádro práce je zaměřeno na diferenciaci strategií stresu a rysů osobnosti, které ovlivňují proces adaptace. Konkrétní typy a počet využití strategií stresu a rysy osobnosti mohou významně rozhodovat o výsledku tohoto procesu. Efektivní či neefektivní adaptace na mateřství a fungování v nové roli matky pak významně ovlivňují nejen kvalitu vznikajícího attachmentu, ale jemné procesy vzájemné interakce jako je synchronní komunikace a intersubjektivita. Teoretická část je věnována současnému vývoji poznání v této problematice. Dále jsou vysvětleny jednotlivá pojetí stresu a jejich vliv na adaptaci. Tato část také přináší teoretický model faktorů, které vstupují do adaptace a který byl vytvořen pro účely této práce. Důležitá část je určena definováním pozitivním a negativním strategiím stresu a rysů osobnosti, které vstupují do sociálních interakcí, slouží ke snížení úzkosti a umožňují člověku naplnění jeho potřeb v interakcích. Poslední část je věnována procesu adaptace ženy po porodu a souvislostem pro vznik intersubjektivního prostoru s... Key words: coping strategies negative and positive personality traits attachment intersubjectivity postpartum adaptation effective and uneffective interaction mother-child This dissertation is concerned with the problem of ineffective postpartum adaptation of mothers. The substance of this work is aimed at differentiation of stress strategies and personal traits, which influence the adaptation process. The specific types and number of these strategies and specific personal traits can significantly determine the results of this process. Effective nad ineffective adaptation on the motherhood and functioning in the role of the mother influence importantly the quality of the attachment and subtle processes of the reciprocal interaction, for example, synchronous communication and intersubjectivity. The theoretical part of this thesis is dedicated to a systematic overview of this field. Particular conception of the stress, its limit and its role in the process of adaptation.This part also brings a theoretical model of the factors of the adaptation, which was created for the purpose of the terming.
