Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit výskyt a míru syndromu profesního vyhoření u vybraného souboru fyzioterapeutů v České republice. Záměrem bylo identifikovat některé pracovní a organizační faktory (kvantitativní nároky, administrativní zátěž, přítomnost supervize) a zhodnotit jejich možnou souvislost s mírou profesního vyhoření u fyzioterapeutů pracujících ve státním a soukromém sektoru. Metodika: Deskriptivní průřezové online studie se zúčastnilo 153 aktivně působících fyzioterapeutů. Výzkumná baterie se skládala z vlastního dotazníku mapujícího pracovní podmínky a standardizovaného dotazníku Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), který posuzoval míru emocionálního vyčerpání (EE), míru depersonalizace (DP) a míru osobního uspokojení z práce (PA). Získaná data byla následně statisticky vyhodnocena. Výsledky: Kritických rizikových hodnot ve dvou a více dimenzích MBI současně dosáhlo 30,1 % respondentů. V pásmu těžkého emocionálního vyčerpání (EE) se nacházela většina, a to 58,8 % dotazovaných. Vysokou míru depersonalizace (DP) vykázalo 26,8 % respondentů. Nízkých hodnot v dimenzi osobního uspokojení z práce (PA), které značí vyhoření, dosáhlo pouze 16,3 % vzorku. The main objective: The aim of this bachelor thesis was to determine the prevalence and degree of professional burnout syndrome in a selected sample of physiotherapists in the Czech Republic. The intention was to identify certain occupational and organizational factors (quantitative demands, administrative burden, presence of supervision) and to assess their possible association with the degree of professional burnout among physiotherapists working in the public and private sectors. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional online study involved 153 actively working physiotherapists. The research battery consisted of a custom questionnaire mapping working conditions and the standardized Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), which assessed the degree of emotional exhaustion (EE), the degree of depersonalization (DP), and the degree of personal accomplishment (PA). The acquired data were subsequently statistically evaluated. Results: Critical risk values in two or more MBI dimensions simultaneously were reached by 30.1% of the respondents. The majority, namely 58.8% of the surveyed, fell into the zone of severe emotional exhaustion (EE). A high degree of depersonalization (DP) was shown by 26.8% of the respondents.
