Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mentoringem a rolí mentora/-ky klinické ošetřovatelské praxe. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat, jak studenti oboru Všeobecné ošetřovatelství na 3. lékařské fakultě Univerzity Karlovy vnímají roli mentorů v klinické ošetřovatelské praxi. Snahou bylo zjistit, zda je pro studenty praxe s mentorem užitečná, jestli ji vnímají jako přínosnou pro svůj profesní rozvoj, zda shledávají konkrétní limity v systému mentorství a jakým způsobem by bylo možné tento systém zdokonalit. Pro tento výzkum byla zvolena forma kvalitativní studie, která zkoumá dané téma do hloubky. Výzkum jsem prováděla pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se šesti respondenty, studenty oboru Všeobecné ošetřovatelství 3. lékařské fakulty Univerzity Karlovy. Každý respondent byl vybrán tak, aby praktikoval v jiné pražské nemocnici, a to z důvodu rozmanitosti. Data byla zpracována pomocí interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy. Výsledky této studie ukazují, že studenti vnímají mentory klinické praxe velmi pozitivně a jsou jim velkou pomocí při studiu a pro jejich budoucí profesi. Výsledkem jsou ale i limity, a to konkrétně nevhodně vybraný mentor na základě jeho charakteru, nedostatek času na studenta během praxe ze strany mentora a mentor, který není vědomostně a didakticky vybaven či nepostupuje při práci podle... This bachelor's thesis explores mentorship in clinical nursing practice. The aim of the study was to understand how nursing students from the Third Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, perceive the role of mentors during their clinical placements. The study focuses on whether students find mentorship helpful, if they deem it as beneficial towards their professional developement, what problems they see, and how this system could be improved. A qualitative research method was used to explore this topic in depth. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with six nursing students from the Third Faculty of Medicine, Charles University. Each participant was chosen in a way so that they completed their clinical placment in a different hospital in Prague, so they could share different experiences for this study. The data was analyzed using interpretative phenomenological analysis. The results show that students usually view mentors positively and consider them as an important source of support during their studies and future careers. However, some issues were identified, such as poor selections of mentors, lack of time dedicated to students, and mentors who are not knowledgable or do not follow proper clinical standards.
