Demografické aspekty vývoje nákladů na zdravotní péči v Česku Abstrakt Diplomová práce "Demografické aspekty vývoje nákladů na zdravotní péči v Česku" se zabývá analýzou vývoje nákladů na zdravotní péči v letech 2010-2023. Z výsledků zdravotnických účtů ČR, které zveřejňuje Český statistický úřad, byla získána a zkoumána data vývoje průměrných nákladů zdravotních pojišťoven na jednoho pojištěnce dle věkové skupiny a pohlaví. Analýza se věnuje zjištění vlivu věkové struktury a pohlaví na průměrné náklady na jednoho obyvatele, dále zkoumá rozdíly uhrazených nákladů na zdravotní péči mezi muži a ženami dle věkové skupiny. Je zjištěno, že věk má výrazně silnější vliv na výši nákladů na zdravotní péči než pohlaví. Zároveň jsou identifikovány rozdíly mezi pohlavími, avšak jejich vliv na výši nákladů je ve srovnání s věkem méně významný a liší se napříč jednotlivými věkovými skupinami. Zjištěné skutečnosti potvrzují důležitost demografického vývoje pro budoucí vývoj výdajů na zdravotní péči. Práce se také zabývá analýzou vývoje nákladů na zdravotní péči a následně zjišťuje zhodnocení dopadu pandemie Covid-19 na vývoj těchto nákladů. Predikce vývoje průměrných nákladů na zdravotní péči má ve všech věkových skupinách dlouhodobě rostoucí trend a nejvýraznější nárůst je zaznamenán zejména u nejstarších věkových... Demographic aspects of health care costs in Czechia Abstrakt The diploma thesis "Demographic aspects of health care costs in Czechia" analyzes trends in healthcare costs from 2010 to 2023. Data on the development of average health insurance costs per insured person by age group and gender were obtained and examined from the results of the Czech health accounts, published by the Czech Statistical Office. The analysis examines the impact of age structure and gender on average costs per insured person and further investigates differences in reimbursed healthcare costs between men and women by age group. It is found that age has a significantly stronger influence on the level of healthcare costs than gender. At the same time, gender differences have been identified, however, their impact on costs is less significant than that of age and varies across different age groups. The findings confirm the importance of demographic trends for the future development of healthcare expenditures. The study also analyzes trends in healthcare costs and subsequently assesses the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on these trends. Projections of average healthcare costs show a long-term upward trend across all age groups, with the most significant increase observed particularly among the oldest age groups.
