Tato diplomová práce se zabývá specifickou rolí sestry intenzivní péče v resuscitačním týmu při provádění kardiopulmonální resuscitace (KPR) na standardních lůžkových odděleních. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikovat a definovat klíčové aspekty a strategie, které sestra využívá k efektivnímu řízení KPR v cizím prostředí. Teoretická část práce shrnuje aktuální doporučení pro resuscitaci (Guidelines 2025) a kompetenční rámec sestry v intenzivní péči. Empirická část práce využívá kvalitativní výzkumný design. Data byla získána metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s lékaři a sestrami resuscitačního týmu a následně analyzována pomocí principů zakotvené teorie (otevřené, axiální a selektivní kódování). Výzkum identifikoval sedm ústředních fenoménů, které formují realitu resuscitačního zásahu: fenomén KPR, roli sestry, roli lékaře, týmovou spolupráci, roli personálu oddělení, obtížné body zásahu a význam edukace. Hlavním výsledkem práce je formulace autorské "Teorie profesní stabilizace a dynamické koordinace". Tato teorie definuje sestru intenzivní péče jako aktivního činitele, který skrze profesní automatizaci a emoční distancování přetváří počáteční chaos v organizované prostředí. This master's thesis examines the specific role of the critical care nurse within a resuscitation team during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on standard hospital wards. The primary objective is to identify and define the key aspects and strategies utilized by the ICU nurse to effectively manage CPR in an unfamiliar environment. The theoretical framework summarizes current resuscitation guidelines (Guidelines 2025) and the professional competency framework of the critical care nurse. The empirical part of the study employs a qualitative research design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with physicians and nurses in a resuscitation team and subsequently analyzed using the principles of grounded theory (open, axial, and selective coding). The research identified seven central phenomena that shape the reality of a resuscitation event: the phenomenon of CPR, the role of the nurse, the role of the physician, teamwork, the role of the ward staff, critical intervention points, and the importance of education and training. The main outcome of the thesis is the formulation of the author's "Theory of Professional Stabilization and Dynamic Coordination."
