Cíl: Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit vztah mezi sonografickými nálezy patelární šlachy (PT) a šlachy m. femoris (QT), klinickými a funkčními testy a subjektivní symptomatologií PFPS hodnocené pomocí dotazníku Kujala Anterior Knee Pain Scale (AKPS) u souboru veslařek. Metody: Tato diplomová práce byla koncipována jako observační průřezové studie. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 22 závodních veslařek (n=22) kategorií U23 a Senior A ve věku 18- 35 let (průměr 24,5 ± 3,3 let), analyticky hodnocených na úrovni 44 kolenních kloubů. The relationship between structural tendon changes detected by ultrasound and clinical and functional manifestations remains unclear. Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between sonographic findings of the patellar tendon (PT) and quadriceps tendon (QT), clinical and functional tests, and subjective symptomatology of PFPS assessed using the Kujala Anterior Knee Pain Scale (AKPS) in a cohort of female rowers. Methods: This diploma thesis was designed as a cross-sectional observational study. The study sample consisted of 22 competitive female rowers (n = 22) in the U23 and Senior A categories aged 18-35 years (mean age 24,5 ± 3,3 years), evaluated at the level of 44 knee joints.
