Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zdravotní gramotností romských žen v sociálním vyloučení v kontextu jejich přístupu ke gynekologické péči a motivace tuto péči vyhledávat. Teoretická část vymezuje koncept zdravotní gramotnosti a vliv socioekonomických determinant na zdraví romské populace žijící v sociálním vyloučení. Významným aspektem je rovněž analýza legislativního rámce, včetně aktuálních úprav zákona o zdravotních službách směřujících k eliminaci neoprávněných poplatků v ordinacích. Cílem práce je identifikovat a popsat faktory, které ovlivňují dostupnost gynekologické péče, a zmapovat u respondentek úroveň funkční, interaktivní i kritické zdravotní gramotnosti. Metodologicky práce vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu založeného na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech. Výsledky ukazují, že různé bariéry v přístupu k péči se vzájemně posilují, což může mít za důsledek nižší využívání preventivní péče. Zjištění potvrzují důležitost edukace a posilování kompetencí i vzájemného porozumění na straně pacientek i systému. Praktickým výstupem je návrh edukačního materiálu pro zvýšení orientace žen v systému péče. This bachelor's thesis examines the health literacy of Roma women living in social exclusion, specifically focusing on their access to gynecological care and their motivation to seek it out. The theoretical section defines the concept of health literacy and the impact of socioeconomic determinants on the health of the Roma population living in social exclusion. A significant aspect of the work is also the analysis of the Czech legislative framework, including the latest amendments to the Health Services Act aimed at eliminating unauthorized fees in medical practices. The objective of this thesis is to identify and describe the factors that have an influence on the accessibility of gynecological care. It further aims to map the levels of functional, interactive, and critical health literacy displayed by the respondents. Methodologically, the study is based on qualitative research utilizing semi-structured interviews. The results indicate that various barriers to access are mutually reinforcing, which may result in a lower utilization of preventive care. The findings confirm the importance of education and the strengthening of competencies, as well as mutual understanding on the part of both the patients and the healthcare system.
