Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem ICU deníků jako nástroje podpory pacientů hospitalizovaných na jednotkách intenzivní péče. Tyto deníky přispívají k obnově vzpomínek, lepšímu porozumění průběhu hospitalizace a psychickému zotavení pacientů. Přestože jde o mezinárodně uznávanou metodu, v České republice není dosud plošně implementována. V návaznosti na tuto skutečnost se práce zaměřuje na jejich zavedení do klinické praxe. Práce se soustřeďuje na podporu zavedení ICU deníků v rámci pilotního projektu ve Fakultní nemocnici v Praze. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat fungování ICU deníků v ČR, přičemž za tímto účelem byly analyzovány tři vybrané nemocnice. Data byla získána prostřednictvím participačního pozorování během odborné stáže a neformálních rozhovorů s koordinátory ICU deníků a následně doplněna poznatky z odborné literatury. Pro začlenění projektu do nemocniční péče bylo potřeba vytvořit soubor dokumentů zahrnující návrh pracovního postupu implementace, vzorové šablony přizpůsobené specifikům pracovišť, informační letáky pro blízké pacientů i zdravotnický personál a návrh informovaného souhlasu s nakládáním s ICU deníkem. This thesis examines the use of ICU journals as a tool to support patients hospitalized in intensive care units. These journals help patients recall their experiences, better understand the course of their hospitalization, and aid in their psychological recovery. Although this is an internationally recognized method, it has not yet been widely implemented in the Czech Republic. In light of this, the thesis focuses on their introduction into clinical practice. The thesis focuses on supporting the introduction of ICU journals as part of a pilot project at the University Hospital in Prague. The aim of the thesis was to map the functioning of ICU diaries in the Czech Republic, for which three selected hospitals were analyzed. Data were collected through participant observation during a professional internship and informal interviews with ICU diary coordinators, and subsequently supplemented with findings from the professional literature. To integrate the project into hospital care, it was necessary to create a set of documents including a proposed implementation workflow, sample templates adapted to the specific needs of the departments, informational leaflets for patients' loved ones and healthcare staff, and a draft informed consent form for the use of the ICU diary.
