Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou prevence dekubitů u pacientů v pronační poloze na jednotce intenzivní péče. Tato poloha představuje zvýšené riziko vzniku dekubitů a zároveň je z hlediska ošetřovatelské péče vysoce náročná. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zmapovat preventivní opatření, která všeobecné sestry a zdravotničtí záchranáři na jednotkách intenzivní péče aplikují u pacientů v pronační poloze. Dále byla sledována frekvence výskytu a lokalizace dekubitů vzniklých v souvislosti s pronační polohou, subjektivně vnímaná informovanost a dostupnost standardizovaných protokolů. Empirická část byla realizována pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu prostřednictvím nestandardizovaného dotazníku určeného pro všeobecné sestry a zdravotnické záchranáře pracující na jednotkách intenzivní péče. Výsledky naznačují, že respondenti disponují relativně vysokou mírou odborného povědomí. V klinické praxi jsou nejčastěji využívány doporučené postupy, zejména péče o oči, pravidelné mikropolohování a aplikace pěnového krytí. Problematickou oblastí se však ukazuje systémové ukotvení péče, jelikož 52 % respondentů nemá k dispozici nebo neví o dostupnosti standardizovaného protokolu zaměřeného na prevenci dekubitů v pronační poloze. Výsledky dále poukazují na skutečnost, že jsou k polohování stále využívány... This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of pressure ulcer prevention in patients in the prone position in an intensive care unit. This position poses an increased risk of pressure ulcers and is also highly demanding from a nursing care perspective. The main objective of the thesis was to map the preventive measures that nurses and paramedics in intensive care units apply to patients in the prone position. Furthermore, the frequency of occurrence and localization of pressure ulcers arising in connection with the prone position, as well as the subjectively perceived awareness and availability of standardized protocols, were examined. The empirical part was conducted using quantitative research via a non-standardized questionnaire designed for general nurses and paramedics working in intensive care units. The results indicate that respondents possess a relatively high level of professional knowledge. In clinical practice, recommended procedures are most frequently used, particularly eye care, regular micro-positioning, and the application of foam padding. However, the systemic anchoring of care appears to be a problematic area, as 52% of respondents do not have access to or are unaware of the availability of a standardized protocol focused on the prevention of pressure ulcers in the prone position....
