Název: Zisk míče ve střední třetině hřiště a typologie následných útoků v play-off Ligy mistrů UEFA Cíle: Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat přechodové situace po zisku míče ve střední třetině hřiště ve vybraných utkáních play-off Ligy mistrů UEFA. Práce se zaměřila především na lokalizaci zisku míče, typ zisku míče, organizaci následné útočné fáze a způsob ukončení útočných akcí. Dílčím cílem bylo porovnání získaných výsledků s poznatky současných odborných studií zabývajících se přechodovou fází hry a herním výkonem v elitním fotbale. Metody: Výzkumný soubor tvořila vybraná utkání play-off Ligy mistrů UEFA v sezoně 2023/2024. Analyzovány byly situace zisku míče ve střední třetině hřiště a následné útočné akce. Sledované proměnné zahrnovaly polohu zisku míče, typ zisku míče, směr první přihrávky, typ útoku, způsob řešení herní situace a způsob ukončení útočné akce. Data byla analyzována pomocí nepřímého pozorování z videozáznamu. Pro posouzení věcné významnosti rozdílů mezi sledovanými kategoriemi byl použit koeficient věcné významnosti Cohenovo d. Výsledky: Výsledky ukázaly rovnoměrné rozložení zisků míče mezi krajními a středními prostory střední třetiny hřiště bez významných rozdílů. Title: Ball Recovery in the Middle Third of the Pitch and the Typology of Subsequent Attacks in the UEFA Champions League Play-offs Objectives: The aim of this master's thesis was to analyze transition situations following ball recovery in the middle third of the pitch in selected UEFA Champions League play-off matches. The study focused primarily on the location of ball recovery, the type of ball recovery, the organization of the subsequent attacking phase, and the method of finishing attacking actions. A partial objective was to compare the obtained results with findings from current scientific studies dealing with transition phases and performance analysis in elite football. Methods: The research sample consisted of selected UEFA Champions League play-off matches from the 2023/2024 season. Situations involving ball recovery in the middle third of the pitch and the subsequent attacking actions were analyzed. The observed variables included the location of ball recovery, type of ball recovery, direction of the first pass, type of attack, method of solving the game situation, and method of finishing the attacking action.
