Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá centralizací moci Jarosława Kaczyńského ve straně Právo a spravedlnost (PiS). V teoretické části vymezuje pojmy stranické organizace a centralizace, přičemž jako hlavní analytický nástroj využívá teorii zón nejistoty Angela Panebianca, doplněnou o Duvergerův koncept vnitřního okruhu a teorii prezidencializace Poguntkeho a Webba. Následuje historická kapitola mapující vývoj PiS od jeho předchůdce Porozumienie Centrum až po konec vládního období v roce 2023, na kterou navazuje kapitola o proměnách stranických stanov mezi lety 2006 a 2021, která ukazuje, jak se formální základ centralizace v čase měnil. Závěrečná analytická část zkoumá, jakým způsobem Kaczyński získal kontrolu nad jednotlivými zónami nejistoty jako zóna financování, náboru, vnitřní komunikace, kompetence, vztahů s okolím a formálních pravidel strany. Cílem práce je zodpovědět, jakým způsobem Jarosław Kaczyński centralizoval moc ve straně Právo a spravedlnost. Práce dochází k závěru, že centralizace moci v PiS byla výsledkem dlouhodobé strategie kombinující formální pravomoci zakotvené ve stanovách s neformálními mechanismy kontroly, jako je udržování permanentního vnitrostranického konfliktu, informační asymetrie nebo systém materiální závislosti členů na předsedově přízni. This bachelor's thesis examines Jarosław Kaczyński's centralization of power within the Law and Justice (PiS) party. The theoretical section defines the concepts of party organization and centralization, using Angelo Panebianco's theory of zones of uncertainty as the primary analytical tool, supplemented by Duverger's concept of the inner circle and Poguntke and Webb's theory of presidentialization. This is followed by a historical chapter mapping the development of PiS from its predecessor, Porozumienie Centrum, through to the end of its term in office in 2023, followed by a chapter on changes to the party's statutes between 2006 and 2021, which demonstrates how the formal basis of centralization has evolved over time. The concluding analytical section examines how Kaczyński gained control over individual zones of uncertainty, such as financing, recruitment, internal communication, competencies, relations with the outside world, and the party's formal rules. The aim of the thesis is to answer how Jarosław Kaczyński centralized power within the Law and Justice party.
