Došel jsem k uvědoměn", že je to pr vě odolnost, kterou vykazujeme i navzdory protivenstv"m kterým čel"me. Často m m pocit, že fyzick odolnost je velmi důležit a tak se ji snaž"m různými způsoby budovat, abych obst l v obdob" zvýšen z těže, stresu, pokušen" to vzd t ale je paradoxn", že stejnou, ne-li kl"čovějš" roli hraje v m m životě psychick odolnost, kter tak určuje zda-li zvl dneme nepř"zniv okolnosti. Toto měl na mysli Viktor Frankl ve sv knize ãA přesto ř"ci životu anoÒ, kde formuloval kl"čov logoterapeutick principy. Mým c"lem tedy je zjistit, jak mohou principy logoterapie podporovat psychickou odolnost pracovn"ků a týmů v organizaci Teen Challenge. Ve sv pr ci zjišťuji, zda pracovn"ci tyto principy ve sv praxi uplatňuj" - byť někdy i ãmimoděkÒ a jak se prom"taj" do jejich př"stupu ke klientům i do týmov spolupr ce.... Against all odds: Logotherapy and Resilience in the Christian Ministry of Teen Challenge This work is based on my personal and professional experience - from my active work among clients in the Christian organization Teen Challenge, as well as from my own experience with addiction. When choosing this topic, I thought about what is the main reason that I and my colleagues remain in the ministry, but also about what benefits clients in achieving their freedom and how they keep resisting the temptation to return to addictive substances. I came to the realization that it is precisely the resilience that we show despite the adversities we face. I often feel that physical resilience is very important and so I try to build it in various ways to withstand periods of increased burden, stress and temptation to give up. Paradoxically, psychological resilience plays an equal, if not more crucial role in my life, which also determines whether we can handle adverse circumstances. This is what Viktor Frankl had in mind in his book "And Yet Say Yes to Life", where he formulated the key principles of logotherapy. My goal is therefore to find out how the principles of logotherapy can support the psychological resilience of workers and teams in the Teen Challenge organization.
