Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komparativní analýzou vzdělávacích systémů trenérů na úrovni základních licencí (licence C a její ekvivalenty) u pěti vybraných sportovních svazů v České republice: ledního hokeje (ČSLH), fotbalu (FAČR), atletiky (ČAS), basketbalu (CZ.BASKETBALL) a juda (ČSJu). Teoretická část definuje legislativní rámec sportovního prostředí v ČR a roli trenéra jako pedagogického pracovníka. Praktická část konfrontuje technické parametry školení, obsahovou náplň kurikul a formy uznávání předchozí hráčské praxe. Výzkum je doplněn o mezinárodní srovnaní s americkým systémem USA Hockey, které identifikuje moderní trendy v oblasti digitalizace a bezpečnostních protokolů SafeSport. Na základě expertních rozhovorů s metodiky svazů práce analyzuje současný posun od vertikální hierarchie licencí k věkové specializaci a reaguje na klesající úroveň všeobecné pohybové gramotnosti dětí. Závěr práce shrnuje doporučení pro další rozvoj trenérského vzdělávání v ČR s důrazem na digitalizaci a etické standardy. This bachelor thesis deals with a comparative analysis of coach education systems at the level of basic licenses (C-license and its equivalents) within five selected sports federations in the Czech Republic: ice hockey (ČSLH), football (FAČR), athletics (ČAS), basketball (CZ.BASKETBALL), and judo (ČSJu). The theoretical part defines the legislative framework of the Czech sports environment and the role of the coach as a pedagogical worker. The practical part confronts the technical parameters of training, the content of curricula, and forms of recognizing prior athletic experience. The research is supplemented by an international comparison with the American USA Hockey system, identifying modern trends in digitalization and SafeSport safety protocols. Based on expert interviews with federation methodologists, the thesis analyzes the current shift from vertical license hierarchies to age specialization and responds to the declining level of children's general physical literacy. The conclusion summarizes recommendations for the further development of coach education in the Czech Republic, emphasizing digitalization and ethical standards.
