Východiska: S rozvojem technologií uživatelé online sexuálního obsahu konzumují nejen pasivní pornografii, ale i interaktivní formy tohoto obsahu. Přímý kontakt s tvůrci utváří parasociální vztahy, jež mohou spouštět či udržovat kompulzivní sexuální chování. Pro podobnost s behaviorálními závislostmi je adiktologický výzkum tohoto fenoménu důležitý. Cíl: Cílem výzkumu je zmapovat výskyt kompulzivního sexuálního chování u konzumentů digitálního sexuálního obsahu. Dále je cílem práce porovnat uživatele z hlediska jimi preferovaných platforem a prozkoumat možné souvislosti se sociodemografickými údaji a intenzitou parasociálních vztahů. Metody: Byl využit kvantitativní výzkumný design. V rámci online dotazníkového sběru byla využita škála CSBD-19 a dimenze "Interaction with" škály PRISM-22. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 2 188 respondentů, přičemž analýza parasociálních vztahů vycházela z podsouboru 867 respondentů. Výsledky: Analýza ukázala, že 7,6 % respondentů vykazuje vysoké riziko CSBD, přičemž se častěji jedná o muže a mladší osoby. Konzumenti interaktivního obsahu dosahují vyšší míry kompulzivního sexuálního chování než uživatelé pasivní pornografie. Výsledky dále ukazují, že uživatelé platforem s exkluzivním obsahem navazují silnější parasociální vztahy než konzumenti online pornografických webů.... Basis: With technological advancements, users of online sexual content consume not only passive pornography but also interactive forms of this content. Direct contact with creators fosters parasocial relationships, which can trigger or maintain compulsive sexual behavior. Given its similarities to behavioral addictions, addiction research into this phenomenon is essential. Objective: The objective of this study is to map the prevalence of compulsive sexual behavior among consumers of digital sexual content. Furthermore, the study aims to compare users based on their preferred platforms and to explore potential correlations with sociodemographic data and the intensity of parasocial relationships. Methods: Aquantitative research design was employed. Data were collected via an online questionnaire utilizing the CSBD-19 scale and the "Interaction with" dimension of the PRISM-22 scale. The research sample consisted of 2,188 respondents, with the analysis of parasocial relationships based on a subsample of 867 respondents. Findings: The analysis revealed that 7.6% of respondents exhibit a high risk of CSBD, with a higher prevalence among men and younger individuals.
