Hlavní část této bakalářské práce představuje autorský rozhlasový podcast reflektující fenomén stopování. Cílem práce je zachytit klíčové aspekty tohoto specifického způsobu dopravy, jako je například rizikovost a bezpečnost, časová fluidita či svobodná mobilita, které jsou často úzce spojovány s alternativním životním stylem. Zvukový materiál kombinuje reportážní prvky z autorčiny cesty a rozhovory s řidiči a současnými i bývalými stopaři, doplněné hudbou a postsynchrony. Praktickou část doplňuje teoretická část o autostopu, která přibližuje, jakou roli hrálo stopování v různých historických obdobích a jak je vnímáno dnes, včetně otázek bezpečnosti či vlivu na kulturní a mediální produkci. Obsah práce vychází z literatury zahrnující odborné články s historickým a sociálně-vědním rozborem stopování, sociologických článků reflektujících změny společnosti a stopování v postmoderním či tekutě moderním společenském stádiu a také publikací reflektujících bezpečnostní rizika a jejich proměnu v souvislosti s genderem. The main part of this bachelor's thesis consists of an original radio podcast reflecting the phenomenon of hitchhiking. The aim of the thesis is to capture key aspects of this specific mode of transportation, such as risk and safety, temporal fluidity, and free mobility, which are often closely associated with an alternative lifestyle. The audio material combines reportage elements from the author's journey with interviews with drivers and both current and former hitchhikers, complemented by music and post-synchronized narration. The practical part is accompanied by a theoretical part about hitchhiking, which outlines the role hitchhiking has played in different historical periods and how it is perceived today, including issues of safety and its influence on cultural and media production. The content of the thesis is based on literature including academic articles with historical and socio-scientific analyses of hitchhiking, sociological studies reflecting societal changes and hitchhiking in a postmodern or liquid modern social context, as well as publications addressing safety risks and their transformation in relation to gender.
