Šárka Strubinská Název bakalářské práce: Ergoterapie u pacientů s osteoartrózou na horní končetině Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Bakalářská práce se zabývá ergoterapií u pacientů s osteoartrózou na horní končetině. Práce je teoreticko-praktická a jejím hlavním cílem bylo navrhnout ergoterapeutickou intervenci u pacientů s osteoartrózou na horní končetině a prakticky ověřit cílenou ergoterapeutickou intervenci u této diagnózy. Dílčí cíl představovalo vytvoření edukační brožury zaměřené na zásady ochrany kloubů, která slouží ke zvýšení informovanosti pacientů. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis onemocnění. Další kapitola se věnuje vlivu osteoartrózy na horní končetině na participaci pacienta v personálních a instrumentálních denních činnostech. Součástí je přehled režimových opatření a kompenzačních pomůcek. Poslední část teoretické části je věnována ergoterapii u pacientů s osteoartrózou na horní končetině, specifickým vyšetřovacím metodám a vymezení role ergoterapeuta v komplexní léčbě. V praktické části práce je uvedena kazuistika pacientky s osteoartrózou na horní končetině. Kazuistika zahrnuje vstupní vyšetření, popis ergoterapeutických intervencí a výstupní vyšetření. Šárka Strubinská Title: Occupational Therapy for Patients with Osteoarthritis in the Upper Limb Abstract: This bachelor's thesis examines occupational therapy for patients with osteoarthritis of the upper extremities. The thesis is both theoretical and practical, and its main objective was to design and empirically validate a targeted occupational therapy intervention for this condition. A secondary objective was to create an educational brochure focused on joint protection principles to increase patient awareness. The theoretical section describes the disease and its impact on the patient's participation in personal and instrumental activities of daily living. It includes an overview of lifestyle measures and assistive devices. The final section of the theoretical part is devoted to occupational therapy for this condition, specific examination methods, and the definition of the occupational therapist's role in comprehensive treatment. The practical part presents a case study of a female patient with osteoarthritis of the upper extremities, including an initial assessment, a description of interventions, and a final assessment.
