Cílem práce je zmapovat stravovací návyky, životní styl a kouření studentů Konzervatoře Pardubice a na základě zjištěných potřeb vytvořit a realizovat edukační intervenci ve formě přednášky. Do studie budou zahrnuti studenti Konzervatoře Pardubice ve věku 15-25 let. Data budou sbírána anonymním dotazníkem, který bude obsahovat otázky na stravovací návyky, pitný režim, pohybovou aktivitu, spánek, stres, kouření a užívání doplňků stravy. Výsledky budou zpracovány deskriptivní a inferenční statistikou. Výzkum přinese nové poznatky o životním stylu specifické skupiny studentů umělecké školy. Praktickým výstupem bude edukační přenáška a podpůrný materiál, který může pomoci při prevenci nevhodných návyků a podpoře zdraví, výkonu a hlasové kondice. The study will include students of the Pardubice Conservatory aged 15-25 years. Data will be collected using an Anonymous questionnaire focusing on dietary habits, fluid intake, physical activity, sleep, stress, smoking, and supplement use. Data will be analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The research will provide new insights into the lifestyle of students at an art-focused secondary school. The practical outcome will be an educational lecture and supporting material designed to help prevent unhealthy habits and promote health, performance, and vocal fitness.
