Úvod: Interakce mezi stravou a léčivy představují významný, avšak často opomíjený faktor ovlivňující bezpečnost a efektivitu farmakoterapie, zejména u pacientů užívajících kardiovaskulární a hematologická léčiva. Přestože je tato problematika dobře popsána v odborné literatuře, úroveň znalostí pacientů a jejich reálné stravovací návyky často neodpovídají klinickým doporučením. Nesprávné užívání léčiv v souvislosti se stravou může vést k ovlivnění farmakokinetických parametrů a následnému selhání léčby či rozvoji nežádoucích účinků. Cíl: Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit, jakým způsobem se pacienti stravují v souvislosti s užívanými léčivy a doplňky stravy, a zjistit jejich úroveň povědomí o možných potravinových interakcích. Metodika: Výzkum byl realizován formou kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření (n = 150) doplněného o třídenní záznam stravy a medikace (n = 49). Soubor tvořili dospělí účastníci z řad ambulantních pacientů zdravotnických zařízení a laické veřejnosti užívající kardiovaskulární a/nebo hematologická léčiva. Sběr dat probíhal od listopadu 2025 do března 2026. Výsledky: Analýza záznamů odhalila častá pochybení, jako je nesprávné užívání ACE inhibitorů a statinů v souvislosti s jídlem, užívání rivaroxabanu (v dávkách ≥ 15 mg) nalačno a suplementace železa v kombinaci s nevhodnými... Introduction: Food-drug interactions represent a significant, yet often overlooked, factor affecting the safety and efficacy of pharmacotherapy, particularly in patients taking cardiovascular and hematological drugs. Although this issue is well-described in professional literature, patients' level of knowledge and their actual dietary habits often do not align with clinical recommendations. Incorrect use of medication in relation to diet can lead to alterations in pharmacokinetic parameters, resulting in treatment failure or the development of adverse effects. Aim: The aim of this thesis was to evaluate patients' dietary habits in relation to their prescribed medication and dietary supplements, and to assess their level of awareness regarding potential food-drug interactions. Methods: The research was conducted through a quantitative questionnaire survey (n = 150), supplemented by three-day food and medication records (n = 49). The study group consisted of adult participants from outpatient clinics and the general public using cardiovascular or hematological medication. Data collection took place from November 2025 to March 2026.
