Úvod do problematiky: Házená je v současné sportovní vědě definována jako vysoce kontaktní kolektivní sport kladoucí extrémní nároky na pohybový aparát hráčů. Vzhledem k vysoké frekvenci dynamických změn směru, výskoků a fyzických soubojů je riziko vzniku úrazu přirozenou součástí hry, což vyžaduje systematický přístup k prevenci a regeneraci. Výzkumný problém a cíle: Výzkumným problémem práce je analýza současného stavu úrazovosti v českém ligovém prostředí a posouzení kvality dostupného zázemí. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnocení výskytu úrazů u házenkářů a házenkářek 1. a 2. ligy v sezóně 2025/2026 a jejich porovnání v závislosti na herním postu, mechanismu vzniku a typu úrazu. Dále práce usiluje o zhodnocení dostupnosti fyzioterapeuta, regeneračních služeb a kompenzačních cvičení v klubech. Metody: Sběr dat byl realizován pomocí dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnilo 209 aktivních hráčů a hráček napříč sledovanými ligovými úrovněmi. Získaná data byla následně zpracována pomocí popisné statistiky a interpretována v kontextu stanovených výzkumných předpokladů a poznatků zahraničních odborných studií. Výsledky: Výsledky šetření identifikovaly jako nejrizikovější herní post pozici spojek. Většina zranění (85,00 %) vzniká během zápasového zatížení. Ačkoliv se v části odborné literatury... Introduction: In contemporary sports science, handball is defined as a high-contact team sport that places extreme demands on the players' musculoskeletal system. Due to the high frequency of dynamic changes in direction, jumps, and physical duels, the risk of injury is an inherent part of the game, necessitating a systematic approach to prevention and recovery. Research Problem and Objectives: The research problem of this thesis is the analysis of the current state of injury rates in the Czech league environment and the assessment of the quality of available facilities and support. The main objective is to evaluate the incidence of injuries among male and female handball players in the 1st and 2nd leagues during the 2025/2026 season and to compare them based on playing position, injury mechanism, and type of injury. Furthermore, the thesis aims to assess the availability of physiotherapists, recovery services, and compensatory exercises within the clubs. Methods: Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire survey involving 209 active players across the monitored league levels.
