Autor: Lucie Kubelková Název: Zranění v beachvolejbale Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaká zranění se nejčastěji vyskytují u hráčů beachvolejbalu různých výkonnostních úrovní a jakým způsobem k těmto zraněním dochází. Vedlejším cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak hráči přistupují k prevenci zranění. Metody: Práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter s exploračním zaměřením. Výzkum byl realizován formou anonymní online ankety vlastní tvorby, které se zúčastnilo 78 respondentů starších 18 let se zkušeností s beachvolejbalem. Soubor tvořilo 53 žen a 25 mužů napříč výkonnostními úrovněmi. Výsledky ankety byly vyhodnoceny pomocí počtů a procent a znázorněny v grafech. Výsledky: Zranění při beachvolejbale uvedlo 52 respondentů, což představuje 66,7 % z celkového souboru. Nejčastěji se jednalo o poranění prstů ruky, ramenního kloubu, oblasti kotníku a kolenního kloubu. Ke zraněním nejčastěji docházelo při úderu v herní činnosti, v důsledku přetížení nebo při pádu či kolizi. U téměř poloviny zraněných respondentů vedlo zranění k omezení herní činnosti na více než 28 dní. Většina respondentů uvedla, že se před sportovní činností rozcvičuje, nejčastěji však pouze do 5 minut. Nejčastěji využívanou formou regenerace byla lehká mobilita a strečink. Author: Lucie Kubelková Title: Injuries in Beach Volleyball Objective: The objective of this bachelor's thesis was to determine which injuries occur most frequently among beach volleyball players of various skill levels and how these injuries occur. A secondary objective of the thesis was to determine how players approach injury prevention. Methods: This study is theoretical and empirical in nature with an exploratory focus. The research was conducted using an anonymous online survey designed by the author, in which 78 respondents over the age of 18 with experience in beach volleyball participated. The sample consisted of 53 women and 25 men across various skill levels. The survey results were evaluated using counts and percentages and presented in graphs. Results: Fifty-two respondents reported injuries sustained while playing beach volleyball, representing 66.7% of the total sample. The most common injuries were to the fingers, shoulder joint, ankle, and knee joint. Injuries most often occurred during a hit in gameplay, as a result of overexertion, or during a fall or collision. For nearly half of the injured respondents, the injury led to a restriction of gameplay for more than 28 days.
