Východiska: Ambulantní adiktologické služby jsou významnou součástí zdravotní péče o osoby se závislostním chováním. Systém jejich financování a vykazování zdravotní adiktologické péče však naráží na limity, které mohou negativně ovlivňovat efektivitu i dostupnost služeb. Ačkoliv odborníci z praxe upozorňují na problematické aspekty vykazování zdravotní péče, v oblasti ambulantní léčby závislostí dosud chybí jejich ucelené a systematické zpracování. Cíle: Cílem výzkumu bylo identifikovat a popsat potřeby odborníků působících ve zdravotnických ambulantních adiktologických službách, a to především v oblasti vykazování zdravotní adiktologické péče a jejího financování ze zdravotního pojištění. Součástí cíle bylo rovněž srovnání se zahraničními modely financování adiktologických služeb a formulace doporučení pro praxi. Metody: Výzkum využívá kvalitativní přístup. Data byla sbírána prostřednictvím řízených skupinových diskusí (focus groups), vedených dle připravené osnovy. Diskuse byly zaznamenány a přepsány pro účely kvalitativní obsahové analýzy. Výzkumný soubor: Výzkumný soubor tvořily dvě ohniskové skupiny, každá s 5-6 odborníky. Účastníci byli vybráni záměrným výběrem podle předem definovaných kritérií: VŠ vzdělání v oboru adiktologie či příbuzném oboru, praxe v ambulantních zdravotnických... Background: Outpatient addiction treatment services are a crucial component of healthcare for individuals with substance use disorders. However, the system of financing and reporting healthcare services in this field encounters limitations that may adversely impact both the effectiveness and accessibility of care. Although practitioners have pointed out problematic aspects of healthcare reporting, a comprehensive and systematic exploration of these issues is still lacking in the context of outpatient addiction care in the Czech Republic. Objectives: The aim of this study was to identify and describe the needs of professionals working in outpatient addiction services within the healthcare system, particularly in relation to the reporting of healthcare services and their reimbursement from public health insurance. A secondary objective was to compare the Czech system with selected international models and to formulate practical recommendations. Methods: The study adopted a qualitative research design. Data were collected through guided focus group discussions conducted according to a pre-established framework.
