Tato diplomová práce se zabývá řízením rizik jedné z klíčových aktivit projektu Informovanost a publicita Operačního programu Výzkum, vývoj a vzdělání. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny důležité pojmy, související s operačními programy, upřesnění informací o operačním programu Výzkum, vývoj a vzdělání a popsána problematika řízení rizik. Pro analýzu Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy jsou použity analýzy SLEPT, 7S a SWOT. Pro ohodnocení rizik je použita metoda RIPRAN. Na základě výsledků této metody jsou navrženy doporučení a postupy pro snížení, případnou eliminaci shledaných rizik. Tyto návrhy by měly pomoci zefektivnit nejenom tento projekt, ale i do budoucna další projekty podobného rázu. This master´s thesis deals with risk management of one of the key activities of project Information and publicity of Operational Programme Research, Development and Education. Important terms linked to operational programs specifying information about operational program Research, Development and Education and description of Risk Management matters are explained in theoretical part. Analysis SLEPT, 7S and SWOT are used for Department of Education, Youth and Physical Training. Method RIPRAN is used for risk assessment. Recommendations and proceedings for minimisation or eventual elimination of found risks are based on results of this method. Those suggestions should help to action not only this project but future projects of similar this nature.
