Abstract: The aim of this work was to test the capability of an experimental measurement setup to serve as a reliable method for the remote identification of high-emitting vehicles directly in real-world traffic. These high-emitters contribute disproportionately to total traffic emissions, and their early detection\nis crucial for effectively improving urban air quality.
