V Informačním listu se věnujeme Novele vyhlášky č. 259/2012 Sb., o podrobnostech výkonu spisové služby, novému Národnímu standardu pro elektronické systémy spisové služby, startu atestací eSSL, změnám v přílohách nového NSESSS, činnosti validátoru SIP, autorizované konverzi a převodu dokumentů podle § 69a Zákona. Dále informujeme o povinnosti umožnit nahlížení do dokumentů a spisů při skartačním řízení, o omezení pro vkládání dat do Národního archivního portálu, o aktualizaci formátových pravidel dle rejstříku PRONOM. Zmiňujeme také Validátor SIP a předávání kontejnerových datových formátů ZFO, EML a MSG k trvalému uložení prostřednictvím datových balíčků SIP verze 3 a sklízení sociálních sítí k trvalému uchování v Národním digitálním archivu. In the Information Sheet, we discuss the Amendment to Decree No. 259/2012 Coll., on the details of records management, the new National Standard for Electronic Records Management Systems (NSESSS), the launch of eSSL certifications, changes to the annexes of the new NSESSS, the activities of the SIP validator, and the authorized conversion and transfer of documents pursuant to Section 69a of the Act. We also provide information on the obligation to allow access to documents and files during the disposal process, restrictions on entering data into the National Archival Portal, and updates to formatting rules according to the PRONOM registry. We also mention the SIP Validator and the transfer of ZFO, EML, and MSG container data formats for permanent storage via SIP version 3 data packages, as well as the harvesting of social media content for permanent preservation in the National Digital Archive.
