Název práce: Poranění intramuskulární šlachy hamstringů u profesionálních sportovců Cíle: Cílem teoretické části bylo podat přehled o problematice poranění hamstringů se zaměřením na intramuskulární šlachu u sportovců s prezentací vybraných kapitol. Cílem rešeršní části bylo systematické zhodnocení dostupných studií zabývajících se dobou návratu sportovců do plné zátěže (RTP) po poranění intramuskulární šlachy hamstringů u profesionálních sportovců dle klasifikace BAMIC, provedení kvantitativní syntézy těchto údajů s využitím deskriptivních a explorativních statistických metod s jejich přehlednou prezentací. Metody: Práce byla koncipována jako rešerše studií získaných na základě předem definovaných inkluzivních a exkluzivních kritérií z vědeckých online databází PubMed, Scopus a Web of Science. Celkem bylo identifikováno 1137 studií, ze kterých bylo po vyřazení duplicit a studií dle screeningu názvu práce, abstraktu a plného textu do rešeršní části zařazeno celkem 6 studií, ze kterých vycházely zvolené analýzy. Pro hodnocení doby RTP byly použity vážené průměry. Výsledky: Poranění intramuskulární šlachy hamstringů vykazují delší dobu RTP charakterizovanou vztahem anatomické lokalizace poranění dle klasifikace BAMIC a prodlužující se doby RTP. Title: Intramuscular Tendon Injury of Hamstrings in Professional Athletes Objectives: The aim of the theoretical part was to provide an overview of hamstring injuries with a focus on intramuscular tendon in athletes, presenting selected chapters. The aim of the research part was to systematically evaluate available studies focusing on return to play (RTP) of professional athletes after hamstring intramuscular tendon injuries according to the BAMIC classification, conducting a quantitative synthesis of this data using descriptive and exploratory statistical methods and presenting the results. Methods: The work was designed as a review of studies identified using predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria from the online scientific databases PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science. A total of 1,137 studies were identified and after excluding duplicates and studies based on a screening of the title, abstract, and full text, a total of 6 studies were included in the review, which formed the basis for the selected analyses. Weighted averages were used to evaluate RTP. Results: Intramuscular hamstring tendon injuries are associated with a longer RTP time, characterized by a relationship between the anatomical location of the injury according to the BAMIC classification and an extended RTP time.
