Název: Cíle: Metody: Výsledky: Analýza motivace zaměstnanců managementu ve vybraných fotbalových klubech Cílem diplomové práce bylo prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření identifikovat a analyzovat oblasti, které zaměstnanci managementu fotbalových klubů považují za podstatné pro svou pracovní motivaci a formulovat doporučení využitelná v řízení sportovních organizací. Výzkum byl uskutečněn kvantitativní metodou za využití anonymního online dotazníku. Získaná data byla zpracována prostřednictvím deskriptivní statistiky a následně interpretována s ohledem na jednotlivé oblasti pracovní motivace a základní charakteristiky respondentů. Zpracování získaných dat poukázalo na souvislosti mezi vybranými oblastmi pracovní motivace, což umožnilo vytvořit ucelenější obraz o tom, jak zaměstnanci managementu fotbalových klubů nahlížejí na svou pracovní motivaci v prostředí profesionálního sportu. Klíčová slova: pracovní motivace, motivační faktory, sportovní management, fotbal Title: Objectives: Methods: Results: Analysis of Motivation of Management Employees in Selected Football Clubs The aim of the diploma thesis was to identify and analyse, through a questionnaire survey, the areas that management employees in football clubs consider important for their work motivation, and to formulate recommendations applicable to the management of sports organisations. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach through an anonymous online questionnaire. The collected data were processed using descriptive statistics and subsequently interpreted with regard to individual areas of work motivation and the basic characteristics of the respondents. The processing of the collected data indicated relationships between selected areas of work motivation, which made it possible to create a more comprehensive picture of how management employees in football clubs perceive their work motivation in the environment of professional sport.
