Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou začlenění odsouzených po propuštění z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, se specifickým zaměřením na podmínky a zkušenosti osob propuštěných z otevřeného typu věznice, konkrétně z Otevřené věznice Jiřice. Pozornost je věnována především tomu, jakým způsobem probíhá příprava odsouzených na propuštění a jaký význam má tato příprava pro jejich následnou reintegraci do společnosti. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů souvisejících s procesem resocializace, sociální integrace a desistence. Dále pak se věnuje charakteristice systému zacházení s odsouzenými, zejména v oblasti profesní a edukační přípravy a rozvoje sociálních kompetencí. Součástí je rovněž popis institucionálního rámce postpenitenciární péče v České republice, včetně role Probační a mediační služby a nestátních neziskových organizací, a reflexe jejich vzájemné provázanosti. Empirická část práce je realizována kvalitativním výzkumem s využitím hloubkových narativních rozhovorů s bývalými odsouzenými, kteří prošli otevřeným typem věznice a v současnosti se nacházejí na svobodě. Analýza dat je provedena prostřednictvím otevřeného a axiálního kódování, které umožňuje identifikovat klíčové kategorie a vztahy mezi nimi. This thesis examines the issue of the reintegration of individuals following their release from prison, with a specific focus on the conditions and experiences of those released from an open-type prison, specifically the Jiřice Open Prison. The primary focus is on how prisoners are prepared for release and the significance of this preparation for their subsequent reintegration into society The theoretical part of the thesis defines key concepts related to resocialization, social integration, and desistance from crime. It further explores the system of treatment of prisoners, particularly in the areas of vocational and educational training and the development of social competencies. It also describes the institutional framework of post-penitentiary care in the Czech Republic, including the role of the Probation and Mediation Service and non-governmental organizations, and reflects on their interconnections. The empirical part is based on qualitative research using in-depth narrative interviews with former prisoners who served their sentence in an open-type prison and are currently living in the community.
