Invazní rostliny způsobují řadu negativních ochranářských a ekonomických dopadů. Již od vzniku Národního parku České Švýcarsko byla snaha vyřešit invazi borovice vejmutovky, která ohrožuje místní biodiverzitu, například reliktní bory a přirozené smrčiny. Cílem této práce je analyzovat vliv managementových zásahů proti borovici vejmutovce v minulosti na její současný stav a zhodnocení dalšího vývoje porostů. Dále se práce věnuje ověření platnosti predikčního modelu šíření borovice vejmutovky. Na závěr práce nabízí doporučené kroky při dalších zásazích zaměřených na likvidaci borovice vejmutovky. Byla využita data z lesní hospodářské evidence od roku 2007 a zároveň bylo obejito 39 ploch v národním parku a 6 ploch v Chráněné krajinné oblasti Labské pískovce, kde proběhlo zhodnocení současné invadovanosti vejmutovkou. Bylo zjištěno, že zásahy Správy národního parku České Švýcarsko byly efektivní v 38,5 % případů a v řadě případů pokračuje invaze navzdory opakujícím se zásahům. Organizace spravující lesy na území chráněné krajinné oblasti se dostatečně nevěnuje zásahům, což na hranici s národním parkem způsobuje opětovnou invazi. Invazi dnes určují hlavně mladí jedinci o vzrůstu do 5 metrů, zatímco dospělé porosty se objevují spíše sporadicky díky dosavadnímu managementu. Byly objeveny vejmutovky malého vzrůstu,... Invasive plants cause a range of negative conservation and economic impacts. Since the establishment of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park, efforts have been made to address the invasion of eastern white pine, which threatens local biodiversity, such as relict pine forests and natural spruce stands. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the effect of past management interventions against eastern white pine on its current state and to evaluate the future development of the stands. The thesis further verifies the validity of a predictive model for the spread of eastern white pine. Finally, the thesis offers recommended steps for further interventions aimed at the eradication of eastern white pine. Data from forest management records dating back to 2007 were used, and 39 plots within the national park and 6 plots in the Elbe Sandstone Protected Landscape Area were visited, where the current extent of eastern white pine invasion was assessed. It was found that interventions by the Bohemian Switzerland National Park Administration were effective in 38,5 % of cases, and in many cases the invasion continues despite repeated interventions.
