Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá nízkoprahovými intervencemi pro osoby ve zvýšeném riziku problematického sexuálního chování a jejich implementací v českém systému odborné pomoci. Teoretická část vymezuje cílovou populaci, zejména osoby s parafilními preferencemi, kompulzivním sexuálním chováním a osoby konzumující materiály zachycující sexuální zneužívání dětí, a zasazuje ji do kontextu rizikových faktorů páchání sexuální delikvence a logiky včasné prevence s důrazem na nízkoprahové intervence a perspektivu zaměřenou na klienta. Empirickou část tvoří konvolut čtyř odborných článků zaměřených na českou linku Parafilik a projekt Bridge. Kvalitativní tematická analýza Rozhovoru o kulturních formulacích u participantů projektu Bridge odhalila jako klíčová témata narušení osobní identity sexuálním chováním a vnímání společenského stigmatu a izolace jako bariér vyhledávání péče. Přehledový článek o evropských krizových linkách ukázal že jde o využívané služby, přičemž Česká republika a Slovensko jsou jedinými zástupci ve střední a východní Evropě. Kvalitativní obsahová analýza záznamů hovorů linky Parafilik odhalila jako nejvýraznější témata negativní dopady parafilních preferencí: snížený sebeobraz, narušení fungování a blízkých vztahů, a identifikovala rizikové a protektivní faktory překrývající... This thesis examines low-threshold interventions for individuals at elevated risk of problematic sexual behaviour and their implementation within the Czech system of professional support. The theoretical section defines the target population: particularly individuals with paraphilic interests, compulsive sexual behaviour, and those consuming child sexual abuse material, and situates it within the context of risk factors for sexual offending and the rationale for early prevention, with emphasis on low- threshold interventions and a client-centred perspective. The empirical section comprises a compendium of four scholarly articles focused on the Czech crisis helpline Parafilik and the Bridge project. Qualitative thematic analysis of the Cultural Formulation Interview with Bridge project participants revealed disruption of personal identity by sexual behaviour and the perception of social stigma and isolation as key themes and significant barriers to help-seeking. A review of European crisis helplines showed that such services are widely used, with the Czech Republic and Slovakia being the only representatives in Central and Eastern Europe.
