Tato diplomová práce zkoumá vztah mezi technostresem a workoholismem v kontextu teorie pracovních nároků a zdrojů (Job Demands-Resources theory; JD-R). Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak jednotlivé dimenze technostresu souvisejí s mírou workoholismu a zda vybrané pracovní nároky a zdroje tento vztah moderují. Obsahem teoretické části práce je představení ústředních teorií stresu se zvláštní pozorností k teorii pracovních nároků a zdrojů, vymezení konceptu technostresu a jeho jednotlivých dimenzí a následně představení konceptu workoholismu. Výzkumná část byla realizována formou online dotazníkového šetření u 1114 českých zaměstnanců. Výsledky lineární regresní analýzy ukázaly, že celková míra technostresu pozitivně souvisí s mírou workoholismu. Při analýze jednotlivých dimenzí se jako klíčový faktor ukázala technologická invaze, zatímco vliv ostatních dimenzí technostresu nebyl v tomto souboru statisticky významný. Moderační analýza naznačuje, že zatímco sociální podpora od nadřízeného významně oslabuje pozitivní vztah mezi technostresem a workoholismem, kvantitativní nároky naopak posilují pozitivní vztah mezi technostresem a workoholismem. This thesis examines the relationship between technostress and workaholism within the framework of the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) theory. The main aim of the study was to investigate how individual dimensions of technostress are associated with levels of workaholism and whether selected job demands and resources moderate this relationship. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces key stress theories, with particular emphasis on the Job Demands-Resources model, defines the concept of technostress and its dimensions, and subsequently presents the concept of workaholism. The empirical part was conducted an online questionnaire survey of 1114 Czech employees. The results of linear regression analysis confirmed that overall technostress is positively associated with workaholism. When examining individual dimensions, techno-invasion emerged as a key factor, while the effects of other technostress dimensions were not statistically significant in this sample. Moderation analysis revealed that social support from a supervisor significantly weakens the positive relationship between technostress and workaholism, whereas quantitative job demands strengthen this relationship.
