Diplomová práce zkoumá skrze pohledy paliativních pracovníků projevy anticipovaného truchlení u blízkých pacientů s nevyléčitelným onemocněním a možné intervence k zvládnutí tohoto truchlení. Výzkum se zaměřuje na obecné pojetí anticipovaného truchlení, ale rovněž i na specifika blízkých onkologických pacientů. Teoretická část probírá problematiku onkologického onemocnění, paliativní péče a paliativního týmu, truchlení a anticipovaného truchlení. Empirická část má kvalitativní charakter a jejím cílem bylo skrze rozhovory s příslušníky paliativních týmů identifikovat témata související s projevy a intervencemi u blízkých procházejících anticipovaným truchlením, přičemž se výzkum zaměřil i na specifika blízkých onkologických pacientů. V rámci tematické analýzy byly identifikovány 4 hlavní témata a 2 vedlejší témata. První hlavní téma se věnuje duševním projevům truchlení před smrtí u blízkých. Druhé každodenním změnám ve fungování blízkých. Třetí faktorům, které mohou do truchlení před smrtí zasahovat. Čtvrté tématu práce s truchlením před smrtí a jejímu zlepšení. První vedlejší téma se věnuje systémovým zlepšením paliativní péče. Druhé vedlejší téma se věnuje truchlení před smrtí u pacientů. Výsledky tematické analýzy jsou diskutovány s předešlými zahraničními studiemi na toto téma. Zmíněny jsou rovněž... The thesis explores, through the perspectives of palliative care professionals, manifestations of anticipatory grief in relatives of patients with incurable illnesses and possible interventions to help manage this grief. The research focuses on the general concept of anticipatory grief, as well as on the specific experiences of relatives of oncology patients. The theoretical part discusses issues related to oncological illness, palliative care and the palliative care team, grief, and anticipatory grief. The empirical part has a qualitative design, and its aim was to identify, through interviews with members of palliative care teams, themes related to the manifestations of and interventions for relatives experiencing anticipatory grief, while also addressing the specific context of relatives of oncology patients. Within the framework of thematic analysis, 4 main themes and 2 subthemes were identified. The first main theme addresses the psychological manifestations of pre-death grief in relatives. The second focuses on changes in the everyday functioning of relatives. The third examines factors that may influence anticipatory grief.
