Petr Kovárník Název: Incidence léze ATFL u fotbalistů po distorzi hlezenního kloubu Cíl: Cílem práce bylo komplexně zhodnotit problematiku poranění ligamentum talofibulare anterius (ATFL) a posoudit diagnostickou přesnost vybraných klinických testů (anterior drawer test - ADT, anterolateral drawer test - ALDT a reverse anterolateral drawer test - RALDT) ve srovnání s ultrasonografickým vyšetřením. Dále bylo cílem analyzovat vztah mezi stupněm poškození vazu a jeho procentuálním prodloužením a porovnat tloušťku ATFL u kotníků s patologickým a nepatologickým nálezem. Metody: Výzkumný soubor tvořili muži ve věku 18-27 let s anamnézou distorze hlezenního kloubu a minimálně pětiletou aktivní fotbalovou zkušeností. Data byla získána pomocí klinického vyšetření a ultrasonografie. Pro analýzu dat byla použita deskriptivní statistika. Normalita dat byla ověřena Shapiro-Wilkovým testem a pro porovnání skupin byl použit neparametrický Mann-Whitneyův test. Diagnostická schopnost klinických testů byla hodnocena pomocí senzitivity a specificity. Vztah mezi stupněm poškození vazu a procentuálním prodloužením ATFL byl analyzován pomocí Spearmanovy korelační analýzy. Petr Kovárník Title: Incidence of ATFL Injury in Football Players After Ankle Sprain Aim: The aim of this study was to comprehensively evaluate injuries of the anterior talofibular ligament (ATFL) and to assess the diagnostic accuracy of selected clinical tests (anterior drawer test - ADT, anterolateral drawer test - ALDT, and reverse anterolateral drawer test - RALDT) in comparison with ultrasonographic examination. Furthermore, the study aimed to analyze the relationship between the degree of ligament injury and its percentage elongation, and to compare ATFL thickness between ankles with and without pathological findings. Methods: The study sample consisted of male participants aged 18-27 years with a history of ankle sprain and at least five years of active football experience. Data were obtained through clinical examination and ultrasonography. Descriptive statistics were used for data analysis. Normality of data distribution was assessed using the Shapiro-Wilk test, and the Mann- Whitney U test was used for group comparisons. The diagnostic performance of clinical tests was evaluated using sensitivity and specificity.
