Bakalářská práce vyhodnocuje vliv výstavby sítě vysokorychlostních tratí na dopravní obslužnost Česka. Pomocí autorského dopravního modelu vypočítává časovou dostupnost jednotlivých regionálních center (středisek ORP) s nejbližším spádovým centrem celostátního významu (Praha, Brno, Ostrava) po výstavbě vysokorychlostních tratí a následně ji porovnává se současným stavem. V teoretické části jsou diskutovány klady a zápory jednotlivých koncepcí výstavby a provozu vysokorychlostních tratí na příkladech ze zahraničí. Tyto poznatky tvoří ve výsledkové části interpretační rámec pro plánovaný stav na síti Správy železnic a pro očekávané dopady na tvorbu regionálních rozdílů - zvláštní důraz je kladen na tzv. poslední míli. Hlavním výzkumným nástrojem je dostupnostní model vytvořený autorem v prostředí ArcGIS Pro. Byla použita současná dopravní síť a návrh sítě vysokorychlostních tratí od Správy železnic z podzimu 2025. Výsledky jsou prezentovány v četných kartografických dílech a tabelárních výstupech. Ve výsledkové části práce jsou také diskutovány vlivy změny dopravní obslužnosti na jednotlivé regiony. Z výsledků je zřejmé, že nejvíce negativně bude ovlivněn kraj Karlovarský, a že k relativnímu zhoršení dostupnosti v rámci sídelního systému dojde především u periferních center. Klíčová slova: dopravní... This bachelor's thesis analyses the impact of the introduction of high-speed rail services on the transport accessibility of Czechia. Thanks to the network analysis constructed by the author of the thesis in ArcGIS Pro, the transport accessibility analysis reflecting the implementation of high-speed rails was computed, for example between the Czech district centres and the closest major city - Prague, Brno and Ostrava. These results are compared with the current network. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the advantages and disadvantages of high-speed rail construction in foreign countries are discussed. The knowledge is the interpretive framework for the planned high-speed rail network in Czechia and the impact on the development of regional disparities - especially focused on the last mile. The empirical part of the thesis was performed in ArcGIS Pro software, the current network and the planned high-speed rail network from Autumn 2025 were used. The key part of the thesis is the description of the transport accessibility presented in maps and tables. The results show that the Karlovy Vary region would be the least accessible in terms of transportation accessibility after the introduction of high-speed rail.
