Bakalářská práce se zabývá Hanou coby percepčním regionem a zaměřuje se na proces formování regionální identity na základě Paasiho teorie institucionalizace regionu. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat vnímání Hané jejími obyvateli a zjistit, zda se percepce regionu liší mezi jednotlivými generacemi obyvatel. Teoretická část práce je stavěna na konceptu regionu, institucionalizace regionu a regionální identity. Důraz se klade na významy zvyků, symbolů a kolektivní paměti, které se podílejí na utváření vztahu k území. Empirická část práce je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu, který byl realizován na jaře 2026 pomocí řízených rozhovorů s obyvateli obce Lechotice na jihovýchodě Hané. Respondenti reprezentují různé generace, které mají zkušenost se zvykem Starý hanácký právo. Výsledkem analýzy je zjištění, že sounáležitost s regionem je u respondentů přítomná, ovšem její intenzita se mezi generacemi liší. Mladší respondenti vnímají "hanáctví" spíše jako samozřejmost, zatímco zástupci straší generace hanáckou identitu často spojují s hrdostí a aktivním vztahem k tradicím. Klíčovým symbolem Hané je kroj, který svým významem přispívá k udržování a reprodukci regionální identity. Práce potvrzuje, že region a regionální identita jsou dynamické procesy, které se v čase mění a jsou ovlivňovány zkušenostmi... This bachelor's thesis deals with Haná as a perceptual region and focuses on the process of the formation of regional identity based on Paasi's theory of the institutionalization of regions. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze how Haná is perceived by its inhabitants and to determine whether the perception of the region differs across generations. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the concepts of region, institutionalization of regions, and regional identity. Emphasis is placed on the importance of customs, symbols, and collective memory, which contribute to shaping the relationship to a given territory. The empirical part of the thesis is based on qualitative research conducted through semi- structured interviews with residents of the village of Lechotice in the southeastern part of Haná. The respondents represent different generations who share experience with the custom known as "Starý hanácký právo". The analysis shows that a sense of belonging to the region is present among the respondents; however, its intensity varies across generations. Younger respondents tend to perceive "Haná identity" as something natural, whereas older generations often associate it with pride and an active relationship to traditions.
