Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem managementu učení dospělých a rolí vzdělavatele ve vzdělávacím procesu. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, popsat a porovnat vzdělávací proces a jeho management s ohledem na volbu metod a forem u vybraných lektorů se zaměřením na rozdíly mezi školením měkkých a tvrdých dovedností (soft a hard skills) a na základě zjištění je charakterizovat. Teoretická část vymezuje základní východiska managementu učení dospělých, didaktické kategorie, procesní fáze výuky a specifika obou zmíněných typů dovedností ("skills"). Empirická část je postavena na kvalitativním výzkumném designu. Pro sběr dat bylo využito více metod, které zahrnovaly nezúčastněné pozorování osmi vzdělávacích akcí, polostrukturované rozhovory s osmi lektory jedné vzdělávací organizace a doplňkovou analýzu dokumentů. Získaná data byla zpracována pomocí metody otevřeného kódování a následné kategorizace. Výsledky šetření ukazují, že lektorský přístup není univerzální, nýbrž může být determinován povahou vyučované látky. U hard skills dominuje lineární struktura výuky, frontální výklad a role lektora jako experta garantujícího správnost. Praxe zde mívá podobu ilustrativní demonstrace samotným lektorem. The thesis deals with the topic of adult learning management and the role of the educator in the educational process. The main objective is to identify, describe, and compare the educational process and its management regarding the choice of methods and forms used by selected lecturers, focusing on the differences between training in soft and hard skills, and to characterize them based on the findings. The thesis primarily analyses the key differences in didactic strategies when teaching soft skills and hard skills. The theoretical part defines the fundamental principles of adult learning management, didactic categories, teaching process phases, and the specifics of both types of competencies. The empirical part is based on a qualitative research design. Multiple methods were used to collect data, including unobtrusive observation of eight educational events, semi-structured interviews with eight lecturers from one educational organization, and supplementary document analysis. The data obtained were processed using the method of open coding and subsequent categorization. The results of the survey show that the lecturer's approach is not universal but may be determined by the nature of the subject matter being taught.
