Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou změn společenstev rozsivek (Bacillariophyceae) na lokalitách dotčených revitalizací v oblasti Šumavy v okolí Kvildy. Cílem bylo prozkoumat rozsivková společenstva lesních pramenišť v oblasti Šumavy, porovnat diverzitu zachovalých, odvodněných a nedávno revitalizovaných lokalit a popsat parametry prostředí, které řasové společenstvo ovlivňují. Dále zkoumat, zda se biota rozsivek po provedené revitalizaci mění. Pro hodnocení byla využita morfologická analýza schránek rozsivek pomocí světelné mikroskopie, stanovení relativní abundance taxonů a vícerozměrné statistické metody (DCA, CCA). Biologická data byla doplněna o analýzu fyzikálně-chemických parametrů vody (pH, vodivost, ionty). Vzorky byly sbírány ve třech obdobích (jaro, léto, podzim) v letech 2024-2025 na 8 lokalitách. Celkem bylo identifikováno 49 morfotypů rozsivek náležejících do 22 rodů. Výsledky ukazují, že počet morfotypů na lokalitu ani celkové složení společenstev nevykazují statisticky významné rozdíly mezi definovanými kategoriemi ekologického stavu. Výrazná variabilita však byla zaznamenána mezi jednotlivými lokalitami bez ohledu na jejich zařazení. This thesis analyzes changes in diatom (Bacillariophyceae) communities at sites affected by revitalization in the Šumava region near Kvilda. The objective was to investigate diatom communities in forest springs in the Šumava region, compare the diversity of preserved, drained, and recently revitalized sites, and describe the environmental parameters that influence the diatom community. Furthermore, the study aimed to determine whether the diatom biota changes following revitalization. The evaluation utilized morphological analysis of diatom shells using light microscopy, determination of the relative abundance of taxa, and multidimensional statistical methods (DCA, CCA). Biological data were supplemented by an analysis of the water's physicochemical parameters (pH, conductivity, ions). Samples were collected during three seasons (spring, summer, fall) in 2024-2025 at 8 sites. A total of 49 diatom morphotypes belonging to 22 genera were identified. The results show that neither the number of morphotypes per site nor the overall community composition exhibits statistically significant differences between the defined categories of ecological status.
