[cze][eng] BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Jméno, příjmení: Eva Jelínková Vedoucí práce: Ing. Eva Kejhová Název bakalářské práce: Fyzioterapie a kompenzační cvičení u tanečníků baletu Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tato teoreticko-praktická bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou baletu z pohledu fyzioterapie. Praktická část se soustředí na aplikaci fyzioterapeutických postupů a kompenzačních cviků u profesionálních baletních...Name of the bachelor thesis: Physiotherapy and Compensatory Exercises For Ballet Dancers Abstract of the bachelor thesis: This theoretical-practical bachelor's thesis addresses ballet from the perspective of physiotherapy. Classical dance represents one of the most demanding forms of performing arts, placing extreme physical and psychological demands on dancers. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the characteristics of ballet, the specific demands placed on the musculoskeletal system, the most common factors of overload in dancers, and possibilities for their management. The introductory section describes prerequisites for ballet, the structure of training, and fundamental movements and positions in classical dance. Subsequently, the thesis examines the kinesiological and biomechanical aspects of movement, which are essential for understanding typical injuries and compensatory mechanisms. Particular attention is devoted to lower-limb function, postural stability, pointe work, and the issue of hypermobility. Another section of the theoretical part addresses the most common injuries and overload syndromes of the musculoskeletal system in dancers. The final section discusses principles of prevention and physiotherapy in ballet. The practical part focuses on the application of physiotherapeutic...
