Diplomová práce se zabývá komunikačními kompetencemi lektorů v kurzech soft skills realizovaných v rámci dalšího vzdělávání dospělých pro veřejnost. Zaměřuje se na hlasový, verbální a neverbální projev lektorů a jejich reflexi v kontextu práce se skupinou. Cílem práce je popsat, jak lektoři reflektují svůj hlasový projev, identifikovat prostředky verbální komunikace, které využívají při řízení interakce, popsat jejich práci s neverbální komunikací a analyzovat, jak přizpůsobují svůj komunikační projev různým skupinám účastníků. Teoretická část vymezuje komunikaci ve vzdělávání dospělých, komunikační a didaktické kompetence lektora a význam jednotlivých složek komunikace pro průběh vzdělávací situace. Empirická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu realizovaném prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s deseti lektory soft skills. Výsledky ukazují, že lektoři aktivně využívají všechny sledované složky komunikace a přizpůsobují je aktuální situaci ve skupině. Společným znakem je schopnost reagovat na dynamiku skupiny, zatímco rozdíly se objevují v míře vědomé reflexe a systematičnosti práce s komunikací. Významnou roli hraje zejména využívání verbálních strategií, jako je parafrázování či otevřené otázky, a schopnost vnímat a interpretovat neverbální projevy účastníků. Výzkum zároveň... The diploma thesis deals with the communication competences of lecturers in soft skills courses implemented within the framework of further adult education for the public. It focuses on the vocal, verbal and non-verbal expression of lecturers and their reflection in the context of working with a group. The aim of the thesis is to describe how lecturers reflect on their vocal expression, identify the means of verbal communication that they use to manage interaction, describe their work with non-verbal communication and analyze how they adapt their communication to different groups of participants. The theoretical part defines communication in adult education, the communicative and didactic competences of a lecturer and the importance of individual components of communication for the course of the educational situation. The empirical part is based on qualitative research carried out through semi-structured interviews with ten soft skills lecturers. The results show that lecturers actively use all monitored components of communication and adapt them to the current situation in the group. A common feature is the ability to respond to group dynamics, while differences appear in the degree of conscious reflection and systematic work with communication.
