This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a spatial database for dendrometric and supplementary meteorological data obtained from a continuous monitoring of the physiological condition of trees. The database is designed as a central repository for time series data with an emphasis on minimizing data redundancy and optimizing query processing in the PostgreSQL environment using the PostGIS extension. The solution includes the development of scripts for automatic data processing and import. The use of the database is demonstrated through a spatial analysis of tree water deficit. Results also include a web application that allows users to view, filter, and download data. Databáze je navržena jako centrální úložiště časových řad s důrazem na minimalizaci redundance dat a optimalizaci zpracování dotazů v prostředí PostgreSQL s využitím nadstavby PostGIS. Součástí řešení je vývoj skriptů pro automatické zpracování a import dat. Využití databáze je demonstrováno na příkladu prostorové analýzy proměnné tree water deficit.
