Jakub Jeníček, Ph.D. Název bakalářské práce: Přehled způsobů goniometrického měření a jejich interpretace Východiska: Goniometrie patří mezi základní metody hodnocení rozsahu pohybu ve fyzioterapii. V literatuře se však objevují rozdíly v uváděných normativních hodnotách i v doporučených postupech měření. Tato nejednotnost může ovlivňovat srovnatelnost výsledků v klinické praxi i výzkumu. Cíl práce: Cílem práce je zhodnotit nejednotnost normativních hodnot rozsahů pohybu a rozdíly v provedení goniometrického měření mezi autory. Sekundárním cílem je vytvoření instruktážního manuálu. Metody: Cílů práce bylo dosaženo formou literární rešerše zdrojů zaměřených na normativní hodnoty rozsahů pohybu a postupy goniometrického měření. Výsledky: Byla prokázána výrazná nejednotnost normativních hodnot rozsahů pohybu i rozdíly v provedení goniometrického měření mezi jednotlivými autory. Závěr: Práce zdůrazňuje potřebu standardizace měřicích postupů a kritického přístupu k normativním datům a poukazuje na potenciál moderních technologií ke zvýšení přesnosti měření. Jakub Jeníček, Ph.D. Title of the bachelor thesis: Overview of Goniometric Measurement Methods and Their Interpretation Background: Goniometry is one of the fundamental methods for assessing range of motion in physiotherapy. However, the literature shows differences in reported normative values as well as in recommended measurement procedures. This inconsistency may affect the comparability of results in clinical practice and research. Aim: The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the inconsistency of normative range of motion values and differences in the execution of goniometric measurements among authors. A secondary aim is the creation of an instructional manual. Methods: The aims were achieved through a literature review focused on normative range of motion values and goniometric measurement procedures. Results: Significant inconsistency in normative range of motion values and differences in goniometric measurement procedures among authors were identified. Conclusion: The thesis highlights the need for standardization of measurement procedures and a critical approach to normative data and points to the potential of modern technologies to increase measurement accuracy.
