Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku funkční regenerace pánevního dna u žen v časném poporodním období po vaginálním porodu a na vliv cílené fyzioterapeutické intervence na výskyt močové inkontinence a kvalitu života žen. Teoretická část shrnuje současné poznatky o anatomii, biomechanice a funkci pánevního dna, popisuje změny v oblasti pánevního dna během gravidity a porodu, mechanismy vzniku poporodní močové inkontinence a možnosti fyzioterapeutických přístupů v rámci poporodní rehabilitace. Praktická část práce je koncipována jako prospektivní randomizovaná studie. Výzkumný soubor tvoří ženy po vaginálním porodu, které budou náhodně rozděleny do experimentální a kontrolní skupiny. Ženy zařazené do experimentální skupiny absolvují osmitýdenní program cíleného cvičení pánevního dna v domácím prostředí, zatímco ženy z kontrolní skupiny nebudou provádět žádnou specifickou pohybovou intervenci. Hodnocení bude probíhat na základě krátkodobého vložkového testu a dotazníku Pelvic Floor Impact Questionnaire - short form 7 (PFIQ-7) zaměřeného na subjektivně vnímanou kvalitu života žen v časném poporodním období. Cílem práce je posoudit význam cíleného cvičení pánevního dna v časném poporodním období a jeho možné uplatnění v rámci fyzioterapeutické péče o ženy po vaginálním porodu. Práce může... This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of functional regeneration of the pelvic floor in women during the early postpartum period after vaginal delivery and on the effect of targeted physiotherapeutic intervention on the occurrence of urinary incontinence and women's quality of life. The theoretical part summarizes current knowledge of the anatomy, biomechanics, and function of the pelvic floor, describes changes in the pelvic floor region during pregnancy and childbirth, explains the mechanisms of postpartum urinary incontinence, and outlines physiotherapeutic approaches within postpartum rehabilitation. The practical part of the thesis is designed as a prospective randomized study. The research sample consists of women after vaginal delivery who will be randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group. Women in the experimental group will undergo an eight-week program of targeted pelvic floor exercises performed in a home-based setting, while women in the control group will not perform any specific physical intervention. Assessment will be carried out using a short-term pad test and the PFIQ-7 questionnaire focused on subjectively perceived quality of life in women during the early postpartum period.
