Tato bakalářská práce se zabývala reverzní logistikou společnosti Chmelař LL s. r. o. (značka CooLLny), výrobce modulárního městského mobiliáře a cyklistické infrastruktury. Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat stav materiálového toku a procesy spojené s vracením, údržbou, skladováním, opravami vrácených produktů a navrhnout možná zlepšení. Implementovaná opatření by mohla vést ke snížení provozních nákladů, zvýšení provozního příjmu z oprav mobiliáře, snížení opotřebení a v konečném důsledku podpořit strategii společnosti v oblasti udržitelnosti a společenské odpovědnosti firem a také modernizovat obecný proces reverzní logistiky v rámci zmíněného podniku. This bachelor's thesis dealt with the reverse logistics of the company Chmelař LL s. r. o. (brand CooLLny), a manufacturer of modular urban furniture and cycling infrastructure. The aim of this work was to analyze the state of the material flow and the processes associated with the return, maintenance, storage and repair of returned products and to suggest possible improvements. The implemented measures could lead to a reduction in operating costs, an increase in operating income from furniture repairs, a reduction in wear and tear and ultimately support the company's strategy in the area of sustainability and corporate social responsibility, as well as modernize the general reverse logistics process within the aforementioned company.
