Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vzdělávání vrcholového vedení v oblasti kybernetické bezpečnosti. První část práce se věnuje popisu teoretických východisek, identifikaci požadavků kladených na vrcholové vedení vyplývajících z právních předpisů v oblasti kybernetické bezpečnosti, identifikaci trendů v oblasti práce s lidmi a analýze aktuálních přístupů ke vzdělávání v oblasti kybernetické bezpečnosti. Druhá, analytická část je zaměřena na popis a analýzu současného přístupu k tvorbě a realizaci školení ve společnosti. Na základě těchto poznatků je následně navržena metodika školení určená pro vrcholové vedení, která reflektuje legislativní požadavky a současné trendy v oblasti vzdělávání a práce s lidmi. This master’s thesis addresses the issue of educating executive management in the field of cybersecurity. The first part of the thesis focuses on the description of theoretical foundations, the identification of requirements imposed on executive management arising from cybersecurity legislation, the identification of trends in the field of working with people, and the analysis of current approaches to cybersecurity education. The second, analytical part focuses on the description and analysis of the current approach to the development and implementation of training within the company. Based on these findings, a training methodology intended for executive management is proposed, reflecting both legislative requirements and current trends in education and human-centric approaches to working with people.
